Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Verbal Starz! We aim to provide you with seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner.Please take a little bit of time and review our shipping policy.

Pre-order items: Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window is closed. Please note that it will be indicated that the product is a pre-order item.

International orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international order due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost packages: Once your order is in the hands of UPS, USPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
